Dr. Barding’s passion for chiropractic began in high school when she began seeing a chiropractor for her tension headaches and sport related injuries. Always knowing she wanted to be a part of a health care team, she began her collegiate studies in Pre-Medicine. During her undergraduate studies, she began focusing on her goal to become a chiropractor, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Zoology. She was then accepted into Logan University, where she received an additional Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, as well as the Health Center Achievement Award in recognition of exemplary clinical performance and academic excellence.
She graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic in December 2001, and is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and Missouri State Chiropractic Examiners. Proficient in Diversified, Thompson, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Logan Basic, and Activator Techniques, Dr. Barding is also a certified practitioner in Active Release Technique and a Board-Certified Acupuncturist. She is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Missouri Chiropractic Physicians Association.
Dr. Barding has been practicing at the Festus location since July 2003, helping patients achieve and maintain their health goals.
